Cauliflower In The Air

Cauliflower is grown commercially only in the higher altitude areas and is a cool season vegetable that is considered a delicacy by many persons.
" Eating cauliflower in the Sixties and Seventies ? Hardly ! We ate cauliflower only on occasions. ", exclaimed one of our seniors. Today, cauliflower is a vegetable commonly found in the plates on the tables.
The other ' cauliflower ' in the air is as beautiful as the ground cauliflower.

The highest clouds are cirrus; high, wispy and white, made of ice, they look like frosted scrapings in the sky and sometimes, they are know as mares' tails. Below the cirrus, we find medium height clouds; heaped or fluffy. Then, the ones nearest to us, the lower level clouds, the cumulo-nimbus, is the largest and can stretch up into the higher levels. Next, is the low level, misty, grey stratus; often with drizzle or rain.
