Lamb Cutlets In Special Sauce

Prepare 1 kg of lamb cutlets

Then marinade,
-4 tbsp worcesterhire sauce
-1 tbsp Maggi seasoning
-2 tbsp oyster sauce
-2 tbsp corn flour
-2 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
-4 tbsp water

Sauce,
-4 tbsp worcesterhire sauce
-4 tbsp Maggi seasoning
-2 tbsp sugar
-2 tbsp light soya sauce
-200ml water
-drops of sesame oil

Method,
Pound lamb cutlets with back of knife until tender, then add in marinade and marinate for an hour. After an hour, heat up 6 tbsp oil, and put in the lamb cutlets to pan-fry until both sides become golden brown. Dish up. Following by pouring sauce into a clean wok and bring to boil. Add in lamb cutlets and cook until the sauce become thick and the lamb cutlets are tender. Dish up and serve warm. Goes well with wine.
