Asparagus with Sesame Seeds

Get ready,


  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil.
  • 2 tablespoon oil.
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • 1 clove garlic, and chopped finely.
  • 700 g asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3 cm pieces.
  • 2 spoons of smashed dried prawns.
Heat wok; and add the sesame seeds, then stir-fry over high heat to 2-3 minutes. Remove the seeds from pan. After, heat oil in pan and add in garlic, ginger, dried prawns and asparagus. Stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes and sprinkle the asparagus mix with salt and pepper. Add sugar. Continue to stir-fry at high heat for a minute. Finally, sprinkle with sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Shortly after that, scoop them onto a plate and add some red chilli.

Serve immediately.
